What software are people using to do flash output of 3D Objects? I downloaded the 3d Photo Builder Pro demo, and am wondering if there are others.

Make sure that you load your images as a 3d image via Menu | File | Add | 3d-image and then Smart Composer should be the default wizard. Smart Composer is what you use to crop and knock out backgrounds in 3D Photo Builder Pro. I believe that if you load your images as an image set, then you will get Small Shop as the default wizard.
