Hi guys-
I do know that my BlackBerry Storm shows 360 cylinders-unfortunately-they are Google Street View. Would love to be showing some 'real' stuff on it.

OK-I'll bite. What's this all about? Something like what 360Cities has got going to show panos directly in the Facebook feed? Please be that! Would love to be showing them as such.
Cheers!

Thanks Valentin for your comments,
The waves are basically faked in these images due to the effect you mention. There were seams on the actual waves and some were retreating and in some images, they were just about to crest. For the over-all image, I shot quickly to capture the sun in position. If my head was more precise, I would like to have captured the waves with a longer exposure giving them that silky-undefined look after capturing the changing sky.

Doug,
That truly sucks. I hope you get it worked out and can get back in front of them quickly. Getting to the actual point of making the presentation and having your core product not operate must have driven you nuts! Didn't you have your own laptop to make the presentation? I can't imagine how frustrating that must have been.

Question- why does your image show the nodal plate allowing the ring to be tilted back as to capture the Zenith? When visiting 360Precision's site, these pictures are not there and the manual does not mention this tilt.

Thanks

I visited the desert and ventured into a slot canyon known as Round Valley Draw. You can see some panos from inside the canyon here:

I don't post here very often but thought this might be appreciated.
I shot a few panos at the Marine Memorial in Golden during the Memorial Day ceremony last week:

I'm torn between the 1st and 3rd as my favorites.
Comments welcome.

Since Google Street view has been making the news lately, I figured I look up my address. I was surprised to find they actually had driven down my block. Check this address and you'll see my garage with a pano on the window from Mount Evans here in Colorado:

Here's the link to a web version of the pano:
