try this:
1. change the order of picture blending.
2. put option -DER 0.02 -DEC 0.0 or lower "-DER"
3. If nothing work , try
-MaxComp 1000000
4. And if again nothing, try
-TSmooth 4 or -TSmooth 3
It will mask the bad horizontal line.
And if possible send me by mail , your pictures , sources and warped with alpha channel.

Have information:
1. Don't support fisheye. 2. Don't support 360 degree panoramas.

here is a direct link www.microsoft.com/products/imaging/ProductDetails...
Do any body yet tried it ? can some one descreabe , How it stitch ?
here i found some description : www.stevesforums.com/forums/view_topic.php?id=622...
//------------- Today I tried it and from all the features the new panorama stitching is awesome! First the usage is very simple. Select your images, check the preview and create the panorama without any specific settings.
The output quality was very good. I tried it on several projects with pictures taken without a tripod and was very surprised. The processing time was short (about an estimated 20-50% of panotools on the same machine).
Some of my pano projects consist of multirow panoramas and all the input images were aligned correctly. Blending was similiar to the result of enblend.
As a long term user of the panotools I actually didn't expect anything like that. Setting CP manually, set t1/t2 to get everything right and have long disputes with the optimizer and run several iterations to get a good result. And then a fully automated solution getting similiar results. //-------------

Just have no idea what's wrong. I can't repeat such behaviour.
in my tests 1.1.4b show same speed as the v.1.1.4.
Can you tell me , whhat you are duoing to get such a BIG diffrence in speed ?
