Hi,
I want to sell my complete p5100 kit for VR (just because I want to go to live and work abroad and I need money for that )
* Nikon p5100 camera * 360precision p5100 rotator with two bases (one 2 stops and the other 4 stops) * FC-E8 fisheye * UR-E20 adapter * Manfrotto 055DB tripod
All are still guaranted and LIKE NEW ! Bought few months ago, and little used, just few times.
My price is 850 euros + shipping costs.
Thanks a lot
Regards

Hi !
Doug, thanks for your answer about Ipix, very interesting
These real estate examples with the sunex looks very good ! But one question still remains in my head : how can you take with precision, 2 shots at 180° each with a 3 stops rotator ? what is your method ?
Personally I love the idea of a specific rotator for each camera like mine I use with my p5100/FC-E8 ( this one from 360precision ). I have just to screw my camera with my hand on the bracket and all is ok with a great built-in nodal point. I think it's more practical than a ring which needs to be screwed with a screwdriver and the camera not installed on a bracket like all the Ipix and this 360precision rotators are.
Francois told me about your research for a precise and great 2 shots rotator I'm very impatient to see it because I think I will buy it ! Don't forget also this idea of a specific rotator for one or two common model of camera for example
Thanks and have a good day.
Benjamin

Hi,
Doug, what is the future of Ipix ? the company is completely closed since the bankruptcy, and it will never be back in the 2-shots world or it could reopen and sell new hardware and software soon ?
On another subject, a question comes in my head tonight : Is it really necessary to use a levelling base to level the shots for a 2 shots stitching with IIS ?
Thanks a lot and good night

Hi all
It is a very very interesting thread here !
When you will find an accurate and easy to use rotator for just 2 shots with the right nodal point, I will certainly buy this lens (with the new EOS 450d, I think) to upgrade from my actual coolpix p5100/FC-E8 combo.
Regards.

Hi Francois
Your lens seems to be interesting but I have a question about the rotator. Do you have one with 2 180° stops for 2 shots panoramas ? Because we can take only 2 shots with it, why you don't sell a rotator with 2 stops ? I agree with the others members, please post a set of 2 full resolution shots (ideally with a rotator, not hand-held) to help photographers testing it.
Thanks a lot Regards

Hi,
Do you know a great opensource php engine to build a website for virtual tours ? I'm searching for a fast and efficient software like this for my future VT business. I would like to host and manage VT for my futures clients.
Thanks in advance for your advices. Regards

Hi doug
you can dowload the latest enfuse version (15/2/08) on this website :
panospace.wordpress.com/downloads/
On the same page there is a link for "enfuseGUI" ( software.bergmark.com/enfuseGUI/ ) , a great GUI for this great blender ! Configure it to use the enfuse you have just installed and you can blend your shots with these standalone softwares

Hi,
Nice thread I'm very interested by hdr stitching too but I still can not get a good result.
Doug, I found this link with some of your real estate work on the RS board : www.do222.com/iPIXIndex.htm
I'm very impressed with your results in interior. Did you use your 20 shots hdr workflow (10 bracketed shots per fisheye scene, I suppose) for these panoramas ?
Do you still agree to send a couple of shots by mail ?
Thanks a lot, have a good day Regards.

Smooth said: Be sure to check out the latest FC-E8 and FC-E9 Fisheye Lens panoheads to suit the Nikon P5000 and P5100 from Agnos www.agnos.com
Right Smooth, but I'm using the p5100 rotator from 360precision yet. It is also a very good rotator for p5100 + fc-e8 !
Merci Jaaaab ! je vois que tu es francais aussi ! genial tu es de ou ?
