Thanks a lot, John.. it definitely looks much better, but there still is the unwanted cropping at the sides..
Jannwfoo: You were right! It was the vignetting optimization! When I reset that and stitch was all perfect again. Yet, I couldn't find a way to re-optimize exposure and camera response. Doing those brought back the round cropped sides. Nonetheless, I now can play around with this!
Thanks a lot for all the help!!!

Thanks a lot for the suggestions.. it looks like the problem is in processing the individual images; that's where the round cropping takes place.
Here's step-by-step procedure in pictures:
The three original files (resized and converted to jpg):
The screenshot of the preview.. see how it includes all the margins:
These are the processed individual tiff images; realize that they are significantly cropped (e.g., cannot see the wall on the left):
And the resulting image:
If further details needed, I can try to fish those out as well.. Thanks again for your help..

I guess I need to provide further info. I use the nona, enblend and enfuse engines.. also after transformation, all individual layers are round cropped and burned at the edges..

Hi there,
I am trying to stitch three photos (10mm, landscape) together in Mac Hugin.. Although I can see the perfect composition in Preview, when I stitch the images and produce the final tiff, the sides are always too much cropped in, rounded and somehow burnt regardless of what projection or setup I use..
This is the first time I am having this problem; tried everything but couldn't figure it out.
Any input will be highly appreciated!
Here's the output:
