Hi Davis,
Just joined the forums and saw your post. You probably know that Daytona has the Speedway and that's THE most interesting place in that area although the Space Center is close by to the south (best to check on photo restrictions there - a friend of mine has some pics of her visit there). Then Orlando, there are lots of scenes such as this that might keep you busy shooting in that area:

My trusty 360P is for sale (no camera or lens). In excellent condition overall with only a few scratches as might be expected. This pano head will fit the Nikon D70/D70s and the Nikkor 10.5mm Fisheye lens. Great for batch stitching and a fabulous pano head, rock solid and very heavy duty.
Asking $825 - I am in the states. Thanks very much.
