Oh well, nobody answered my Q in the Q&A forum... sad

But anyway, after 2 weeks from acquiring the gear, here is my first set of panorama images.

This is Frank Gehry's Stata Center at MIT. My office is currently in this building.

I've started making spherical panoramas. I'm on macosx. Short history. Couple of weeks ago. Bought a Olympus Zuiko 8mm fisheye and Nodal Ninja 3 Mk II. Borrowed an E-510.

Done a few tripod and handheld panos using a laserbeam for a plumb bob. Using autopano pro and pano2vr. All fine. Won't bore you guys with examples of my panos.

Now to my question. I'm looking to use Turk's free Defish program to use on _single_ images. (I'm not looking to buy or fire up a big weighty program like Olympus Studio 2 just for this purpose.)

So I wonder if anyone has the correct Defish program parameters for the Olympus fisheye?

I'm currently trying

Setting
(
"olympusfisheye"
FishRadius(1.67)
FishCenter(0 0)
FishFOV(170.2)
FishRotation(270)
FishRadialPolynomial(1 0 0)
Projection(perspective)
FOV(96.8 131)
Zoom(1)
Options(rectangular noHemiCube dependentWidthHeight bicubic )

I'm not sure I have the right values. Anyone know?

For example, it seems that a different polynomial is used by PTGui. The coeffs in slash72.club.fr/gurl/Olympus/Copy%20of%20fisheye.... don't work for the polynomial in Defish.

Example (I have to have lying around)

Olympus Studio (trial):

Defish with parameters given:
