I found that 4 shots around covers the whole shebang and I can/need to clone the nadir. I did notice the images were very fuzzy on the overlaps and determined it was the alignment of the lens on my homemade mount. It took me like 30 plus pano tests to "dial it in" to what was exceptable to me. (Keep in mind I have little to no experience with 360's)All in all I'm very happy with this lens for the price I paid. The information here on the history is very interesting as well. Thanks for sharing.

Hello all, I purchased 2 of these from this Ebay seller and am very happy with them. this is my first Fisheye and I'm just starting out making Pano's. I built 2 different mounts for this lens that are specific to the camera I have (Canon s80) One mount is for my mast, and the other is for the tripod. It took a few hours and about 3 versions to get it right, but this has been a nice inexpensive way to get in the game so to speak.

Here is an example along with the tripod head I put together. Obviously I need some more practice, but so far so good.

Are there any places to post/upload panos on the web like Smugmug is for photos??
