Here is the first PanoViewer for the Android plattform. With this early version its possible to look at cylindrical Panos. The best view is to scale the hight to 854pix, the wide is equal. The Touchscreen is divided into 9 sections, Help describe the possibilities. There is: auto turn, 360° or 180°(partial), and some more.
On my Milestone (Droid) with 854 x 480 screen it works well.
Here is the PanoViewer www.j-k-s.com/test/PanoView.apk

Is there yet a Panoplayer for Android on the market? For the iPhone the question is already answered.
I think my Droid with 854x480 has a nicer screen then the iPhone with 480x320. I want to look panos on the Droid (Milestone), any help.

Hey,
the expansion for alloy, 150mm and 43°c differenz is 0,153mm , for steel 0,076mm , and for stainless steel 0,103mm.
So the material will not be the solution.

@Mark If you click on the startpage the different "Nodalpunktadapter" links, you see the different cameras and equipment over the years. The different qualities of the panos is to explain: The newest are "Bayern - Eichstätt", here I use the R1 with VCL-DEH 08 (approx. 19mm)(multirow) and made 2 x 8 + up + down. Resulting size is about 20000x10000 and the best quality that I have. More Examples made withe same equipment is "Berlin - Oberhavel and Sechserbrücke" Nadir with PTGui Viewpoint.
The Crysler Panos are made with R1 and Raynox 185Pro 6 shots and no Nadir no Zenit. Therefore you got the bad quality in the sky. The bad corners of the converter are not eliminated in this areas. And I have no PhotoShop and I'm not a cloning and retoushing specialist.
My thinking to chang from Raynox 180 to Raynox 185 was the better resolution and the hope that with 185° the zenit is not nessesary. It is not so, the angle is not 185° at all, but the resolution is ok. I am in the buildingprocess of a new Noalpoint adapter so the up and downshot with the raynox185pro is possible and not freehand. Then I improve my workflow to get better quality in the top.
A little bit OT , sorry.
