Hi Michael, Do you click on NAME of image as written there? This should open small window with swf. If yes, and they still refuse to work, what is your setup? On my PC tested with Firefox, Opera, Safari, IE and working same way with all. Maybe it's your popup blocker? What you use?

Marco, 36 images will give you relatively smooth animation in framerate 7-8 frames/sec. If your object is large horizontally the movement can feel too fast. By increasing number of shots you can make the movement slower in same framerate. Here www.ormar.info/klaas/klaas.html two upper ones made from 72 photos, three lower ones from 36.

Ken, I can't see any reason to set memory parameters on our computers. Visitors of websites wouldn't do it never. For us there is at least ten other ways (viewers) to look at panos. If one, in this case ptviewer, doesn't work properly, use another or like you, make your own, better one. If we tweak our computers, we will never know what visitors will see.

Dorin You used .jpg files. Is it possible to do same with .mov files? I mean rotate them simultaneously with mouse. I took your page, replaced your .jpg files with mine quicktime object movies, but with mouse I could rotate only one of them, not together. In one object movie moved first (from 36) photo to the end. 3D effect worked fine alredy.

Nice work Dorin. I can see 3D without and with my reading (+1,75) glasses also.
How much you moved tripod for second set of images? 60 mm - distance between eyes? How You determine location of first shoot of second set, to have them centered and in same location on screen? Can imagine- Panohead will keep right position, if you move tripod carefully.
I see you already answered your technique while I wrote.

There isn't much problems if you can put object on turntable. It's made from 72 photos, 8 frames per second. www.ormar.info/klaas/klaas2.html In shooting big objects the biggest problems appear in shooting, centering of object, measuring the steps between shoots and in lightning, if there are big differences in background. The ground also isn't in same level everywhere. Here is one unsuccesful attemt from 16 photos. There must be much more of them. web.starman.ee/ormar/test/birdy.html Both are made with Anything 3D.
