Hi Matt,
that is really miraculous. You don't react for nearly 14 days when I was using the so-called support system to get in contact with you. No answer at all. When I write ONCE here in this forum, you sent out a replacement? Is this the way you do business?
Today I got a shipment note from fedex, the FIRST ONE. Wow.
Please, WHEN did you offered me a replacement Adjuste? I never would have denied this offer! Do you can show me a mail, a copy, a fax, a saved chat conversation, something which shows my denial of your apparently offer?
You say, the brass ring "had not been used for a lot of panos". Lets see:
Dou you mean seriously, this one is used for one pano? I wonder how it looks like after 2 panos...
Matt, if it were just like you say, I wouldn't have any problem. But most of what you say here is not true.

hi,
I know, this is getting boring, and I know very well, I should have known that, BUT I need some solace. 4 weeks ago, I got my second head (Adjuste) from Matt. As I open the package, I realize the head is not a new one, it is used. There are some scratches overall, some of the detents are so hardly tighten that I cannot use them, the brass ring is definitively used for a lot of panos that I dont know how long it will work exactly.
Thats all not really a problem for me, I thought. Surely Matt has made a mistake.

I sent Matt a photo of the head, I used the support system several times, I wrote mails, I was praying hardly on my knees... no answer. I got him ONE TIME in this chat and he promised to answer me the day after. Hihi, I was a silly idiot believing his words. No response. No word. No mail - still nothing. He is so a liar.
Although I thought something like this could never happen to a client who bought a second head, I have learned something new. Hopefully others have some use of this.

Hi,
i`m offering a 360Precision Absolute with a nearly new Nikkor 2.8 16mm. The Absolute is built for the combination Nikon D700/16mm. It is used for about 50 panos. I pay by myself for the shipment.
Price: 500 Euro

i'm sorry making such troubles, but this board has been the only possibility to get in contact with you, as you see. But I think we shouldn't go further here.
Thank you for sending the head, I will send you an info when the shipment arrives. But, to be honest, I don't know how, since the "orders" and "enquiries"-adresses don't work.

Hi Matt,
nice to meet you here - the announced ways of communication on your website doesn't seems to be functional.
As you will hopefully remember, I ordered AND paid a Presicion Absolute for the combination D700/16mm 2.8 AF in early september 08. Since that, I have not heard anything from you, only the info, the parts would be machined in september (2008?).
That's a very bad way to handle with customers, I believe. Anyway, If you have problems with the head, a short info would help me to make a decision if I should cancel my order and request a refund or switch to the Absolute Adjuste.
