What is "Remember me?"
If you tick the "Remember me" box when you login, a cookie will be sent to your computer that contains your login information (email address and password) in a hashed and encrypted form. Whenever you subsequently visit panoguide, we will use this cookie to log you in automatically. You can at any time remove the cookie by simply visiting panoguide and clicking on the "Logout" link.
I've forgotten my password
If you cannot remember your password, please use the forgotten password form to request a new one. Your new password will be emailed to you.
Where's my password email?
There may be a short delay between you registering or requesting a new password and you receiving the email. Please be patient.
If you think the email has gone astray, please first check that the email is not being blocked by any anti-spam or other security software you are running. Some anti-spam programs may incorrectly think that email from panoguide is spam.
Login doesn't work
panoguide uses cookies for registered users. Please ensure you have cookies enabled in your web browser and that cookies are not being blocked by any firewall, anti-virus or other security software you are running.
Why has my email address has been marked as "invalid"?
If we send you an email which bounces back, we will mark your account as having an invalid email address. An email may bounce for several reasons (such as temporary problems with your ISP, mail server etc). However it is important to us to know that we have a valid email address for you, and so we will mark your account as having an invalid email address whenever an email to you bounces. Note that this includes any bounces caused by anti-spam or other security software you may be running.
Why has my account been blocked?
Generally your account will only be blocked if we have received a complaint about your use of panoguide. We reserve the right to do this at any time and without notice. If you think your account has been blocked by mistake, please contact us.
