Looking good Iraklis. A small suggestion would be to work on your WB as some of the color in your images seem to be a bit off. Especially your night shots.

All good suggestions and I would like to put in a request for video tutorials. IMO this would be a welcomed addition to your normal documentation.
www.screenr.com/ is a simple and free tool for this.

Touché, but then explain Hyundai? Worst name for a car company since "Saturn" and they are doing huge business.
As anyone in this industry knows starting your own business is massively hard work. Let's just give Darek here some help, with honest (but informative) criticism. If Darek is able to create a tool for us, that helps us, that is better than the rest, we all win.

Deniss, that is awfully judgmental considering your admission. You may not like the name but give me a break. Who cuts down someone's product without even clicking a link to it? You have time to write a useless critique but not enough time to visit the site before you do so? What kind of lazy criticism are you offering up here? "There are already way too many great products on the market for hobbyists?" 10 seconds on his website and you would be able to determine that this was anything but a hobbyist tool, from the looks of it it is a hand coders dream.
Darek, if the name is not an option to change then so be it. IMO that is nothing that should stop a superior player from doing well. I believe Robert has some good advice and I think we would like to see a clear demonstration of the abilities of the new player. Take a tip from Krpano and include all features in a single link. Multiple links demonstrating various features tend to loose the interested party quickly. iDevice is becoming more and more important so hopefully that would be a priority for you. Your website would be much easier to navigate if you spent some time organizing the material and even using some graphics.
If you are going to swing the panoguide crowd you will want to have a complete GUI. Simple as that. Because of the forums appeal to beginners they will want something a beginner can tackle without a prescription of Xanax and/or 5 years of programming experience.
Keep your head up, listen for constructive criticism and talk to other people in the VR industry and ask them what they want in a program.
Best of luck, -Terry

That would be a good place to start. You might consider getting a lawyer involved if you don't get anywhere. I have a good copyright attorney who is familiar with our industry if you need a reference. Just contact me in private.

Sorry Jon I honestly did not receive that email. If I had I would not have resorted to making this public. Just understand that I spend lots of time in this area of development. It is something I take seriously and I would hope anyone who has spent considerable amounts of time on a project would understand and try to protect. We all have access to the same software the same players and the same equipment. The only thing that separates us is our creativity and skill. All I ask is that people ask first (which apparently you did) and that they really try and make their design their own.
Best of luck, -Terry

You can try to spin this any way you like but the bottom line is the onus is not on me to notify someone in private because they copied my work. The onus is on the individual to not copy my work, simple as that. Angry emoticon me all you like it won't change the fact that it this is not acceptable behavior.

Jon, I let the tactus360.com/panos/lysgaard/index.html Lysgaard project slide because I thought you had made an attempt to make it unique to Tactus360 but your latest project is a little close for comfort.
You have been around here long enough to know this isn't ethical behavior. I am not trying to slap your hand in public but if you want to borrow a design idea the least you could do is ask my permission first. We should be encouraging creativity in this industry, not copying. I spend obscene amounts of time designing and building my tours so they are unique to everything else out there. I would appreciate it if you and others put the same effort into your own work.

I have nothing against Pano2vr (in fact I own it) but there is a reason I built this tour in FFC and not Pano2vr. I simply could not build this tour in Pano2vr. As Vito mentioned the ability to "record" functions is the key here and the reason FFC is the most powerful GUI in my opinion. Pano2vr has many excellent features but building a tour of this complexity to my knowledge can only be done in FFC.
Best of luck, -Terry
