I should shot RAW next time. Just experiments with RAW processing, it gave white snow, white balance problem...

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions! "...stitch the nadir in with viewpoint correction...", how to do that? As I am new in pano, and I am using PTGUI, please suggest me how to make the nadir look better. Thanks
