First thing to do is to load in your images. When you select the images you are then prompted to specify the arrangement of them. Multiple rows of images are supported.
By right-clicking on an image you can call up the image brightness adjustment window:

Next you need to set markers between each pair of images. Click between the thumbnails to enter marker mode:

In the thumbnail view your markers are normally displayed too:

Once all your markers are defined (or before if you want to process only the images for which you have defined markers), you can generate a preview image:

Then by clicking on render you can render the image properly

Once you are happy with your work and you have rendered it, you can export it as an image in various projections. D Joiner can also create a simple web page using its own Java viewer.

Options etc
In the options you can set the default preview size and the tollerance level for preview stitch - the lower the tollerance level the more warnings may be displayed if matching points have been inaccurately positioned
