Probably the best known panoramic image stitching software, PanoTools is in fact a highly versatile set of tools/plugins for manipulating all kinds of imagery, not just for stitching.

Lens selection Specify field of view. The Optimizer can determine the lens used, but only if an approximation is supplied first.
