Motus O Dance Theatre - Christmas Carol - promo shot

click to view: This was part of a promotional shoot for the Dance Company 'Motus O' in Toronto (they're old friends). I was part of their Christmas performance as a character actor - the grumpy looking angel with the big shoes. I was shooting promo stills and also brought my pano gear along. They're an amazing and creative dance company - so I felt a spherical pano would suit them perfectly. No one else in the theatre business up here has promoted themselves like this. Motus O would continue to stand out as originals ... even in their advertising shots. It helps to have stunning looking people to populate this pano (I only speak of the dancers ... not myself in this regard). The dancers were mystified at my shooting technique. I assured them that they would turn heads once I had the image stitched up and rolling. I've heard back from them and they are still mystified but quite pleased to say the least.
Equipment Used
Canon 400 XTi - Peleng 8mm lens - Panasaurus mount & Manfrotto tripod. fixed minimal movement glitch to one leg in Photoshop 7.
