Chiricahua Mountains
17 Jul 2009, by BAlvarius
This low level aerial panorama spans 16 miles of the east side of the Chiricahua Mountains in southern Arizona. A weight shift control light sport aircraft was the aerial platfom used to capture the images. The aircraft was flown in a 45 degree steep bank turn (a pilot test maneuver) over a hilltop just outside of Sulfur Canyon to give a ground based effect and one of the hilltops appears in the center foreground.
