It is nice software for jpeg presentation, similar to PMVR, and has been out for about 3 years, with the following licensing:
"While the use of the Panorado viewer applet is free on private non-profit websites, the use on all other kinds of websites or publications is regarded as "commercial" and requires a license agreement as soon as the pages containing the applet are published. This applies i. e. to corporations, shops, advertising, enterprises, organisations, schools, and universities.
License fees for commercial use: Up to 10 images 35 EUR or 51 USD Up to 50 images 90 EUR or 130 USD Any number of images 190 EUR or 275 USD
Upgrades from existing licenses: From 10 to 50 images 55 EUR or 79 USD From 10 to any number of images 155 EUR or 224 USD From 50 to any number of images 100 EUR or 145 USD"
Note: Licensing is per URL.
