Above the ring closest to the camera there is a yellow stripe, use that as reference: ring closest to the camera: infinity sign, middle ring: rotate al the way to the left (unlock) outer ring: 8 Regards, Ronald

Hi, On peleng lens from the front of the lens, 1) first ring is for aperture, I guess you can set it to 8, 2) the next ring is for lock-unlock maybe here is the trouble if is on unlock the aperture is wide open so be sure that is on lock when you take photos, 3) the last ring is for focus distance, I guess a bit in front of infinite mark/around 1 metter will be fine

You need the full address
www.pixy360.com/test/
better still for each individual euirectangular. i.e.
The width will be reduced to the maximum allowed page width for this forum, although the note beneath the edit screen says maximum 470 pixels, larger will be scrollable.
James Rigg, if you are looking in, this no longer seems to be the case.

That looks like the focus or the aperture are wrong, set it to f/8 and focus on infinity, make sure the second ring is unlocked otherwise it will always be f/3.5 and that lens is no good at 3.5 at least not for panos.

I don't have nor use peleng, so my guidance about lock/unlock might be wrong, of course the position of that ring must be on that extreme which asure the aperture to be closed as is set with first ring

Now is very easy, Somebody having Peleng will tell you exactly what position to put every ring then tape that lens in such manner that the rings cannot acidentally move and your panos will be better from now on, also please consider using a sturdy tripod/setup, remote trigger of the camera and mirror lock-up function if you know to use that.
