Whats your opinion to put a dslr camera with Sigma 8mm circular on ground and take a shot??
I saw that here : www.imaysoft.com/applet/sample.htm
No good quality in this demo but i supposed is very old technology (lens , low resolution camera etc)
What if we try for example with eos20 + sigma8mm ?? Can we make fullscreen tour with shot?? and goodbye stitching??

This is not a good idea, particularly with the 20D. You don't capture the full image circle and so you will not have a complete hemisphere. Even if it did, making a 360x180 from it would not be brilliant since it would be blank in the bottom half. Moreover, the image quality would be at its best at the zenith, with poorer quality nearer the horizontal where the interest usually lies. The market for a worm's eye view of the world is not large. Capturing the whole sky in one shot might certainly be of interest for meteorological or astronomical purposes.

So best solution in panorama is roundshot 28-220 i believe. Showing floor and sky is not neccesary like you say. Especially when is action shot. is a film camera need scanning but superior quality and one shot!
Why the need of shooting 4 or 6 or 10 images and spend hours to stitch?
www.realsyndey.com shots made with 28-220. That will be my next equipment when my savings are enough to purchase 28/220. ..or wait for a manufacturer to produce a ccd that will capture 360 in one shot!

I did not say it was not necessary to show the floor and sky.
Your link doesn't work - it's www.realsydney.com
I'm sure the roundshot 28-220 will be ideal for some purposes but by no means all. It all depends on what you want to photograph and how you want to present the results, and how much time and money you want to spend.

realsydney works. realsyndey doesn't, which is what you originally typed.
