6 rotational shots at -10 degrees and 1 Zenith shot at +70 degrees minimum. Hand held Nadir shot optional.
I do not recommend this lens as better options are available at around the same price point.

What lenses at around the same price point do you recommend (for full frame Canon)?
I read this rather positive review of Zenitar 16mm... It says that If you stop this lens down to f/16 it has great optics: www.kenrockwell.com/zenit/zenitar-16mm.htm

3.) Great optics at f/16, much better on a full-frame camera than my Nikkor 10.5mm fisheye is on my Nikon D200!
Ha,Ha Ken Rockwell is nuts.

I have that lens , used at film cameras and canon 1,6x.Good quality , but for 360º panoramas if you don´t want to shoot many photos may be more useful a 8 m.m.or 10-17 m.m.

The big problem is Flare. If you shoot outdoor with sun or if you shoot dark interiors with bright light from windows you have problem. www.youtube.com/watch?v=veqicndXuwA

Is he ? At least this Rockwell guy has some humor, you don't.
The Rockwell guy has some nice stuff on his site and if you don't believe it, just use google for another opinion. It's a photographer not a pano maker so his view on FE lenses is different. It's too easy to say someone is nuts.

He doesn't do or understand real 360x180 panoramas nor the products and processes involved.
Face it, he is about generating cash from his website. Either with ads or begging via donation buttons. It is also an excellent way to gain FREE products (hardware or software) from manufacturers.
As for a better lens. The Tokina 10-17mm is far superior and more universal. You will need to purchase the newer version without the sun hood (or shave an earlier version). Second to that is to buy a Samyang 8mm Fisheye (or re-brand) and shave the sun hood away.
The Zenitar or Peleng wouldn't be on my shopping list.

Putting everything else aside.
The Canon f/2.8 15mm Fisheye is dollar for dollar the best value fisheye for the Canon fullframe sensor. Great optics and fair price.

Don't forget the Sig 15mm, newer design, and a bit cheaper.

I cant be sure that I will see my lens again You can trust Tobias he has been around for a long time (he also make a lens cap to fit once shaved). Or you also could do this shaving yourself or take it to an engineering shop. Nothing very difficult about it. It's only plastic on the Samyang. Just be sure to protect the glass.
Look for lens shaving on YouTube as a guide what and what NOT to do!
