I have recently started to use Flash Panorama Player, using Flashificator as the GUI.
It is a little fiddly at first, especially when coming to it from Pano2VR, but there is a lot of logic in the GUI and once you know the rules of the game, it becomes considerably easier than anything I have used before.
There are excellent tutorials now on FFC's website, making things a lot easier, and the nice thing is that one can record actions, which allow for a greater expression in skin making.
I have never used Panotour, but am also an advocate of Pano2VR is you want a simple means of going forward. The whole business of developing skins using the skin editor can be a little daunting, but there are plenty of people willing to share with you what they have done, which provides good examples to dissect; furthermore, there are free and easily affordable skins available through the Garden Gnome website.

Thanks for the tips. So how does this applications work? They create some interface to the panoramas and than output it in SWF (?) with some kind of a code that I will add to the web page? (I'm not a coder or scripter, I know only HTML basics...)

Pano2VR, Panotour and Panotour Pro can all create a basic Web page for you too.

pano2vr, krpano, panotour, flashificator etc can all give you a finished html & flash .swf files which needs only to be uploaded to your server, and will not require any coding skills unless you wish to modify the html page in some way
"publishing" an individual webpage for a single panorama as above is very simple, you just need a webhost and an ftp program of course to upload your pano + html files to your site
creating a coherent website (not just a group of unconnected pages) is a bit more complex, wordpress & panopress are my tools of choice for creating a well organized, easily maintainable panorama website like samrohn.com
wordpress.org panopress.org
and of course, you can host your panoramas for free on sites like these
www.tourwrist.com viewat.org www.360cities.net www.panogio.com
