Hi.
If you click on Autor's name the third option is to send a message.
You can use Google's Chrome as internet browser which allows the translation of the web page on the fly from Russian, if you need.
hope this helps Dorin

Scroll to the bottom for contact info.

That would be a good place to start. You might consider getting a lawyer involved if you don't get anywhere. I have a good copyright attorney who is familiar with our industry if you need a reference. Just contact me in private.

Yes, that could be better chooice I suggested translation via Chrome to be able to send the message to the autor, as the pop-up menu with "send message" not show if you select the English version, or at least on my end is so.
About the site I didn't studied yet much to find out if isn't some sort of panodigg and the "autor" is the one who posted, as I saw there panos from Mars and Moon as well.
cheers, Dorin

Pretty brazen theft, if you pan down, you can just see Nikos's watermark and URL. They limited the tilt to try to hide it. I can't remember the panographer, but I've seen watermarking in obscure places. Not enough to deter theft, but perhaps enough for legal action after the fact.

Maybe you could notify his ISP? I know that here in the US this sort of behavior can be cause for your web site to be taken down and criminial action started.

Hi Mike,
thanks a lot for the info. So there is more to work on.
The panoramas on Panovision (Ukraine) have been removed.
Best regards, Chris www.emirates-panorama.com

Chris, I think that someone has stolen your panoramas and make them downloadable like here allday.ru/index.php?newsid=155076. and here allday.ru/index.php?newsid=158157 and i don`t think that panovision and other sites made it against you personally. They downloaded stolen panoramas for free from allday.ru where there is no author information. How the panovision and other sites could know about you and your panoramas. Also i saw your panoramas on torrent trackers - rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1993172. The best way to stop it - protect your site and data. But these 10 panoramas are already in action everywhere in the internet and more and more sites will use them. You are the victim, but imagine how many pirate copies of movies and windows 7 and photoshop and other content in the internet. Calm yourself - microsoft, adobe, Hollywood losses much more than yours.
