pano2vr flash output not working

Hi i have a legitimate version of pano2vr 2.2.3 yet when i click on output flash the programme looks like its creating it but then it tells me windows cant open this file panotest_out.swf. Am i doing something wrong please.

You should be using version 2.2.4 as this was the latest before version 3.0 was released.
What is assigned to be your default .swf viewer?
What happens if you drop the .swf file on/in a browser window?
Make sure your Flash is up to date. get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

in addition to Smooth's reply, make sure you download the standalone player as well. SWF run strictly in browser environment and browser player can't play the files on desktop, unless you drag drop them into browser, or preview them by embedding them in HTML document (also view in browser).
Standalone is a pretty much a browser player which is wrapped in to EXE projector file and it will allow you to preview the SWF offline, directly on desktop or any other application that uses SWF file format.
