Cybershot F717 or Powershot G6 ? 0-360 lens

Hello,
I am looking to buy new camera for my 0-360 lens.
Which one you advice?
1)Sony cybershot F717
2)Canon powershot G6
Both the have manual focus with distance meter, which is necessery for 0-360 lens. (manual focus on 0.20m)

First of all i have never tested those 2 cameras with the 0-360, but I do recall I sent an email directly to 0-360.com and they told me to get a Olympus C-7070 or a G6, I went with the C-7070, and boy was I pleased, I like it a lot and its a breeze to use with the 0-360

but then again, I am very new to the whole photography scene, specially panoramas, had a few p&s cameras, but no manual controls on them, so maybe I am just too excited with my new camera smile laugh
