Nikon D90 set up for 3 shots

Hi all,
this Forum has being very useful in my initial steps in Pano photography.
I need to make several quick and dirty (more quick and less dirty) 360ยบ panos with my Nikon D90.
So I think "3-shots" is the best bet.
I have two wide lenses: Nikkor 18-135mm (67mm thread) and Sigma 10-20mm (77mm thread) in my bag.
As I'm starting I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars in equipment and the quality of the panos can be non-professional.
So, what are the sugestions in my case ?
Fisheye converters that are sold in eBay are reasonable ? 0.45x would give me 3 shots possibility ?
I would really appreciate some product links as I'm really lost...
Many thanks in advance.
Kindest regards, Itamar

What do you mean by "dirty" panos? It makes the mind boggle.
I think that trying to do a pano in three shots with the lenses you describe, even with an adapter, is next to impossible. You could do it better with your Sigma at 10mm than using a fisheye converter. With that, you should be able to cover the whole vista with 6 shots round, tilted at -15, and two up at 75. A fisheye converter is really a gimmick and has no real use for this sort of photography, is not least because of the length it will add to your setup. That might prove to be fairly useless on a panorama head.
Starting out actually means that you need to invest a modicum of money into your project, since you will be very dissatisfied and disheartened quite early on if you take financial shortcuts. There are plenty of posts on this forum about the best equipment to get.
I think you will find that most of the regular contributors to this forum would agree that once you see the results of which you are capable with the right equipment, you will find that quality does matter.
Now . . . Tell us more about these dirty shots, and whether I can come and hold your tripod whilst you take them! (Sorry James, couldn't resist.)

Mathrafal,
by dirty and quick, I mean short time is much more relevant than quality. The panos are for documentation only. Just to register what things and where they are in a inspection visit. Disturbing the working routine is a no-no in this case.
I wish I could do some other kind of "dirty" panos for free
Thank you for your realistic comments.
Regards, Itamar

I don't think so. Perhaps you are confusing a Sigma 10mm FE with the Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens?
Check out what they suggest here: www.vrwave.com/panoramic/photography/lens_databas...

Sigma 4.5mm Fisheye Sunex Super 4.5mm Fisheye Sigma 8.0mm Fisheye tilted 60 degree on an Oblique angle using an Agnos MrotatorC panohead or a Nodal Ninja Ultimate R10 or R1

Agnos MrotatorC tinyurl.com/yk4x39u I have one of these for sale secondhand. Nodal Ninja R1 tinyurl.com/yjedu8e Sunex Super Fisheye tinyurl.com/yfkhm8g Sigma 4.5mm Fisheye tinyurl.com/yjbs3t8 Sigma 8mm Fisheye tinyurl.com/ygn8lka
Of course, you could just shoot 4 shots with the Sigma 8mm Fisheye without the need for a panohead that allows for 60 degree angle.

Itmar,
The obvious question that has not been asked yet: Are you doing a cylindrical or spherical panorama? Could make a big difference in your setup.

@Smooth: Your comments are very helpful. I think it sumarizes all the possibilities.
@DennisS: I'm doing spherical panorama.
Thanks. Itamar

I would suggest you go for the Sigma 8mm f3.5 and shoot 4 shots, with a Nodal Ninja 3 MkII pano head.
IMO it's not worth the compromises involved with any of the 3 shot solutions for the sake of saving one more shot.
IF you are willing to consider a few more shots still then the Samyang 8mm is a 'no-brainer', or the Nikkor 10.5mm FE.
