Just received my "new to me" Agnos RingT105N and MrotatorTCPshort setup (Thanks Kevin), could anyone tell me where about on the lens the RingT grips. Seems an obvious query, but cant find a thing on the subject on the agnos site. Thanks

There is no set point for it to tension, you need to be able to slide the lens within the ring to find the NPP. Once you have this point you lock it down by tensioning it. Comparing photographs of ones fitted gives you a starting point.

Thanks "Smooth", surely there's a fixed point on the 10.5mm/ ringT that works for all? That'll keep me busy tonight!

The idea is to find the NPP tension it and leave it on permanently and never lose your hard earnt (earned) position. It differs to the Nodal Ninja R1 ring clamp style as the ring has a slide adjustment on the R1 panohead. So on the NN version the ring does have a "positon" for the ring to fit exactly to. Then you adjust for the NPP position using the slide adjustment on the R1 panohead.
