PTGui - Smartblend for Mac Snow Leopard

Hello,
How is everyone? Okay, i desperately need smartblend work on my mac. I am a very new user to mac. And somewhat my panos always ends up stitching with horizon stitch errors. I set my paralax point using the NN video tutorial by bill.
And, i take 10* tilted down from the following pitches 0-60-120-180-240-300- & back to 0*
And tilted up 60* to take zenith shots and one from 90* and one 90* tilted down for nadir.
In ptgui using align images it seems to stitch properly. But i get lot of horizon stitching errors. I set manual normal control points and few vertical cp's as well. Still i get the same errors. And i believe smartblend somehow fix it to the maximum. I got my first paid job on coming monday and i dont want to give any faulty pano.
I made smartblend working on my mac by using Darwine and smartblend both on the applications folder and set the path. It worked very well. And my machine was running slow and i did a clean reinstallation of snow leopard. Previous OS also was snow leopard. Now i do the same procedure but it still throughs the smartblend failed error I desperately need the fix for this.
I would greatly appreciate if anyone can fix these issues and get me error free spherical.
Can't wait to hear from you. There was a thread about this, but i got no response from there for my 2 replies... so i thought new thread will get some attention. Please help...

Using smartblend for something that is obviously caused by either a setup problem or not optimizing correctly is not the way.
Lets us see a PTGui project file with a set of images and we can probably easy find out what is your real problem.

I just jumped the ship to PTGui and tried smartblend via darwine and it just works for me (still on 10.5.8), following the instruction on the other thread.
OSX sometimes needs cleanup like Windows as well. Use Disk Utility to repair disk permissions or download Onyx (free).
