pano on the tilt!

Hi all,
A pano i took recently is not level, and it looks like the room is on a hill, with no foundation leveling!
I have been told that as long as the pano is roughly level, you can adjust things like the level/horizon of the tour afterwards. i took each shot at the same level so surely i should be bale to sort this out easily?
How can you do this? I use ptguipro, and also have CS2.

It's as well to distinguish between straighten and level. Horizontal and vertical line control points are used to level the image. Straightening the image is different. There are separate menu options on the Panorama Editor Edit menu for these two functions.
Levelling means getting the horizon flat and level, and the vertical features truly vertical.
Straightening means aligning a row of images with their tops and bottoms in horizontal lines. For images shot on a panohead, all the images will then have the same pitch and roll values. Using the link pitch and roll boxes in the optimizer will straighten a row of images by forcing the pitch and roll values to be the same.
