how to view panoramic in iPhone 3GS?

hi,
i bought a new iphone 3gs 32 gb. i have heard that pangeavr is a app to show panoramic. but it says that i should upload a equirectangular image in the web as jpg so that i can type that url to view the 360vr. i uploaded my equi in googlepages.com and typed that url. but it is failed to download.
when i click browse i see so many titles. what should i do to upload my own panoramic in that list? looking forward to hear from you all... thanks!

Why not try contacting them directly. They are located just up the road from you in Austin.

i called them. but no response over the phone. and i read that info... it doesn't say where i should upload my panos and how to bring it on iphone. but it says i should upload a equi jpg image. i did so but am not able to download that url in my iphone.

OK. I am pretty sure the process was that Brian had to approve it before it became accessible through their app.
Have you tried emailing him?

It is pretty simple and all is explained on the Pangea site;
To get on the list
- Generate equi's, max size 2048x1024
- create a pano.xml file describing your panos
- upload all to your own server/provider
- send pangea an email with a request to join the list and where your panos are located
Direct viewing of jpg's or pano.xml list file is also possible, be sure to enter the url correctly in the Pangea App.

or maybe try cubeworld which offer rotating pano using accelometer tinyurl.com/6d2omh
its free, you can store as many panos on iphone as you want
and you dont need to email anyone to see your panos...

viewing panos with either app requires an xml file, you can enter the url of your xml file directly into PangeaVR to view your panos without submitting, instructions are here - www.pangeasoft.net/pano/pangeavr/
i think cubeworld offers the option to use slightly larger images, and allows off line storage of panos w/ the free version, pangea requires pro version for off line viewing...

here is an example, paste this url into pangea on your iphone -
www.samrohn.com/wp-content/pangeavr/pano.xml
set up your own xml file something like this, and your files on your own server accordingly -

we still really need a way to view panoramas in safari on iphone, i remember someone was working on a solution...
