360 precision communication problems?

I bought, or at least think I bought, a 360 Adjuste from 360 Precision. Well Matthew was very helpful before I gave him my credit card. Now I have been waiting for this to arrive and he does not return any of my emails.
I received a Fedex form via email but when I called Fedex they had no record of this tracking number.
Has the company gone bankrupt or something?
The phone number they have on their site never answers.
Anyone know anything?

www.360precision.com/360/360.cfm
Then go to the Contact us page
comprehensive instructions on how to get in contact with them - and note the remark about answering the phone. If you use the methods listed on that page you shouldn't have a problem contacting them.

I wonder how long it will take before the angry masses jump all over this comment.

there should be no angry masses, this entire thread is highly suspect and without any real merit.
the "person" efree posting this has posted two messages to this forum, not much of a history, they also don't list any real detail about themselves in their profile, no web site, no name, etc.
Personally I don't take anything anyone says on forum as worth much at all if they don't list who they are, their website, etc.
In this case you have some nameless person saying they are worried about 360Precision without giving any real info about the timeframes, discussion, etc. this is pure forum dribble at it's best/worst. And if it is really an issue, they say they used a credit card - easy fix.
Nameless persons on forums are not worth the time of day.
Regards,
Robert

Robert is right.
Also, since efree paid with a credit card, he has a huge number of protections.
Take a Valium and follow the contact instructions on 360Precision.com

I did send out a group email explaining the delays due snow and ice in our area.
I'll issue you a full refund on Monday. You're more than welcome to purchase a panohead elsewhere.
www.kaidan.com/Detail.bok?no=160
Did you read what it says about the phone number ? You obviously did yet you still complain about it
And no, Eric did not try any of the other contact methods, typical really.

No not typical. Very poor communication from 360 precision. I am an established photographer in New York City (15 years) and have never seen anything like it.
I was sent an email with Fedex number on it that Fedex said they had no record of. He promised shipment but when I email numerous times, he NEVER responded those email requesting an update.
I was very excited about getting their product.

I'm not sure how a 24 hour delay turns into a scam ????
Here's the tracking link you were sent. I have no idea why FedEx would tell you they have no record when you can clearly see this is not the case:
www.fedex.com/insight/findit/nrp.jsp?tracknumbers...
If you'd taken 2 minutes to read the order confirmation/process page there would never have been an issue. If you even bothered to read the tech support page it would have taken you 2 minutes to contact us.
www.360precision.com/resolution.cfm
This is from the order confirmation page:
3. If the product you ordered is in-stock and ready to ship the next email you receive will contain either the FedEx tracking number or the Business post consignment number. If the product is out of stock we will email you an estimated ship date.
Please note that receipt of the FedEx Tracking number is not confirmation that the item has shipped. It simply means that we have processed the shipping documents pertaining to your order. Once the order has shipped you then receive another email from 360Precision.
I'm not sure what else I can say. If people can't be bothered to read emails or information clearly available to them then I'm baffled. Surely you read the thread from last week on panoguide. Did you bother to follow the contact advice ? NO.
On last point, the company is "360Precision", not 360 precision or precision 360.

efree With your impatience, looks like you'll be an "established photographer in New York" who'll be be buying your second choice in panoramic tripod heads.

Of course he hasn't but anyway. It's not that I'm not responsive but sometimes I'm extremely busy.
I don't understand why some people think they need to ask the same already answered question 5 times. If I reply to the same email 3-4 times I generally think that's enough. Sending the same email 5 times won't speed up the delivery, all it does it slow things down.

And your point is? What's your problem? I just pointed out the correct way to address this issue - mind your manners.

The informtion on this page is helpful, but I couldnot find any way to reach it from links on your site, such as Contact Us. Nor is it listed in the site map.
