Electric Skill Saw works too. Bit hard on the tripod.
Cube the panorama. Then use the flattened UP/Down cube face in Photo shop to clone out the tripod legs visible parts. Pano2VR work good with cubing the image

pls use pano2qtvr and photoshop to remove the tripod. This is the most common method. Of course, you may also ask others to do for you.

For editing the nadir area, you can extract a rectilinear nadir view from the equirectangular stitched image with Pano2VR, edit in Photoshop, and then insert it back into the equirectangular image. Alternatively, you can generate the 6 cubic tiles with Pano2VR (or the free Pano2QTVR), edit the nadir tile and then rebuild the equirectangular image from the edited tiles.
If you capture a view of the nadir with the camera on the tripod shifted to one side a little, you can use the Viewpoint correction feature in PTGui to stitch that image in along with all the others. See: Viewpoint tutorial at www.johnhpanos.com/ptgvpt.htm , or there's another one on the PTGui web site.

hihi all,
thank you for such quick response, i found that Pano2VR is the most easy way to crop the image and retouch by the photoshop and the other method by john which can make it in any situation and surface, but why don't we choose the base(ground) with simple pattern for the tripod useless it got one choice only
may be it is another tips for making my workflow of shooting pano.
thanks a lot to everybody

Perhaps a little late, but I must recommend Super Rune. It is a free (feel free to donate the auther if you like it!) filter for photoshop that turns the picture in Photoshop just the same way the other software does. When you finnished editing you turn the picture back. Just follow the instrucions: www.superrune.com/technical/software_spheretocubi... Good luck! Johan
