Equirectangular viewpoint

I have a feeling this counts as a stupid question. Assuming I have completed a pano using VPC for the nadir patch and then wish to print the equirectangular image, what is the easiest way to reorient it so that the POV is effectively rotated by 180 deg (yaw)?

Roy, I don't see any connection between patching the nadir and rotating the image by 180 degrees of yaw to print the equirectangular image. You can easily rotate the image in Photoshop using the Offset filter, shifting it horizontally by half the width (with the wrap option set, of course). Or am I missing something?

Thank you John I mentioned the VPC only in case re-optimising after VPC with the yaw value modified would break something. I freely admit to not being aware of the PS offset filter. I'll play with it although at first glance I can't quite work out how to shift things around seamlessly. Roy

Roy, You can use the Numerical Transform option in PTGui to shift the whohle image left or right by adjusting the yaw. This will not affect the optimization. But if you want to shift the stitched equirectangular image, the offset filter works perfectly. Checking the wrap option ensures that the operation is seamless.
