Where's a good place to get those flash controller files (directional guide at the bottom of the panorama flash.

If you are talking about the controlbar in Pano2VR there are several standard ones included. Just choose one of them.
You can also edit them and make your own, Read the tutorials.
For FPP you make them as png in Photoshop.

Yes, I was refering to the controlbar. I've seen some fancy ones done by others and was thinking if they can be downloaded somewhere

I think you are talking about FPP flashpanoramas now. I see very few people who use pano2VR which have done their own controllers.
That does not mean it is more difficult.
But check their forum. There might be some offering some readymade.
