I don't know of any conversion utility. Assuming you have the permission of the owner of the swf file, you can get quite a decent result by using a spherical viewer and taking a series of screen shots as you would when taking a panorama. You then stitch together the images, which should join seamlessly. If you use Irfanview to take the screen shots of the viewer window, then it's just a matter of pressing a control key combination for each view. If using PTGui, the images can be cropped to remove any surrounding window frame using the Crop tab.
