How do you handle doing interior panos when there is large mirror in the room, like say a bathroom.

If there is a counter of some sort place a vase with flowers or something from the living room and stick your camera behind it, Or what Doug said. Just make sure what you are reflecting is plain behind you if you are editing out.

The full panorama will contain an unobstructed view of what is being reflected in the mirror, albeit not from quite the right viewpoint. This can often help with patching out the camera reflection.

I just checked this one... I don't know what was the intent... the fact that a big part (the thing with the red led number) is missing in the reflection is disturbing...

You can use the VIEWPOINT technique for patching the mirror like in this tutorial for patching the nadir:
