Peleng 3.5 8mm VS Sigma 3.5 8mm

I am in the market for a new lens to shoot 360 panoramas. I am looking at both these lenses (Peleng 8mm, Sigma 3.5 8mm) and would appreciate some feedback to lead me toward the correct purchase.
Usage: Canon 10D for both indoor and outdoor application. End product is 360 virtual tours through a flash viewer app viewed on the web.
Outside of price I was wondering how the Peleng stood up against the Sigma? I have read the Peleng suffers from significant flare issues? Is there any way to control that? Also, once mounted on the Canon the Peleng becomes completely manual. (Is this also the case for the Sigma?)
In short, for the fact that I will be using it often should I spend the extra money on the Sigma or will the Peleng suffice for the usage that I explained above?
Thanks in advance

Spend the extra and get the Sigma, it is not manual on the Canon but pano photographers typically use manual focus with this lens.
What pano head do you propose to use?

Hello Andrew,
Thank you for your response. I am purchasing the NN3. Or do you think that is not advised for this setup on the 10D?
I have found the Sigma 3.5 8mm for Canon EOS online starting at about $558. Have you seen it any lower? Thanks again for your help.

NN3 will be fine - I use a NN5 with a 6MP Nikon DSLR and Sigma 8mm f3.5, but I chose the NN5 (over the NN3) only because it gives me 'headroom' to cope with any body and lens I might ever consider using for panos.
The price you mention sounds OK - watch out for possible import duy and so on if you plan to import.

Andrew,
For $199 you cant beat the NN3. The NN5 is more expensive and since the NN3 suffices I figured it would be fine.
The $558 price for the Sigma 3.5 8mm is from Prefered Photo, shipping out of a warehouse in New York. I actually called to amke sure it wasn't a refurb or used because these guys are beating everyone else price wise by at least $75 -- $150. Best part, shipping is free via UPS Ground.
I appreciate your help, if you wouldnt mind please visit my recent post

and share your thoughts.
Kind Regards,
James

James, Buy from a reputable source! B&H Photo, Norman Camera or Adorama (they have it for $619). That place you mentioned also goes by the name Broadway Photo and has a horrible record on "Resellerratings.com". Please read some of their feedback here.
