Bill, did you just include a JPEG file in your page or how did you set up the website?
If you use a JPG, you need a viewer to show the pano accurately and to move it. E.g. PTViewer on www.fsoft.it/panorama/ptviewer.htm, or DevalVR on www.devalvr.com or others. You can also create a MOV file with PTGui which requires a plugin, I believe DevalVR can also show MOV files. Or you can create flashfiles with yet another software.
Personally I like the PTViewer because it is Java, it is free, and runs on every platform. I also don't need other software and can customize easily how it looks on the webpage. There is good additional documentation on Prof. Helmut Dersch's PTViewer website webuser.fh-furtwangen.de/~dersch/PTVJ/doc.html.
I have read on a Flickr forum recently that there is also a viewer which you can use by simply providing a link while having your image on your own website but I have not checked this out.

Bill There are a number of technologies that will "play" virtual images. PTViewer and PURE Player are Java viewers that will use the Equirectangular Projections from PTGui
The QuickTime Player and Deval Plug-In will play QuickTime VR images that the latest version of PTGui will produce.
You just need to incorporate the appropriate code into a webpage and reference the image.
