Tourweaver 3.0 by Easypano

Because it is the most active and easiest to use. Has more features and good support forum. Most real estate servers understand the files I.E: realtor.com

It can make DVD movies and can output in Java and Flash. Easy to change "Skins" yours or the free offerings, you can use multiple maps/floorplans and now supports transparencies and .png 24 image format.

It requires no skill in coding or scripting.
It is (the PRO version) 100% brand free.
Your own custom loaders in Flash or Image file.

Tour weaver is a good product, but you don't actually need any specialized "tour" software

I created a template for the tours my customers are going to host using Microsoft FrontPage 98. I just change the images and thumbnails and save the new web and deliver it on CD.

For other prjects, my webmaster developed these floorplan/map/layout navigated tours

The Inn of the Mountain Gods Hotel and Casino.
Scroll down to the layout of the hotel and click on the icons

The Inn of the Mountain Gods Championship Golf Course
Just click on an icon

Ski Apache ski area
Again, click on an icon

For Flash tours, I've been experimenting with flashpanoramas.com. It's way simple. Just drag and drop and follow the naming conventions. No scripting at all.

But still, I'm just experimenting right now. I haven't yet made a full tour. But so far, to me, it looks great. And can't beat the price!

Hi Jorgen,
I agree with Doug: You don't need a specific program to construct a VT, you can design and construct it with much simpler tools like HTML and Flash. I use a very simple program (Ezedia QTI) with which you can publish HTML easily using QuickTime objects (VR panos, VR Objects), still images, SWF objects, buttons, sounds, etc.). The important part is skin interphase design and the creativity with which you generate the final product. You can see some examples in:
