how to achieve this effect?

I found one panorama made with flash and want to ask several questions.

Here is the link(not direct link): www.elong.com/hotels/Details.aspx?m=&hotelid=40201002
Please click"360度全景/图片集", and then click any camera link(example:“标准间”) to view the pano.

Function: change speed; move left; move right; pause&play.
buttons are independent from pano.

Here are my questions:
1. Are there any software that can realize these functions?

2. If the anwer is NO. Then are there any tutorials of how to do this?
Really want to master this skill though it might be quite difficult for flash programmars.
Any help will be appreciated!

I can't find the page you're talking about.
For long URL names, I suggest using the free service on www.tinyurl.com

I hate 'panoramic' images moving across the screen. This IMO is NOT a virtual tour! IF its worth doing, its worth doing correctly! lol.

That's just a "strip viewer"

eLong is associated with (maybe owned by) Expedia and thats the way they show their virtual images, without the pespective corrected.

Its a Flash based viewer.

CirclePix.com uses one like it for their Flash based real estate tours. If the agent specifies a Java viewer they get the perspective corrected.

I've always thought it was a less than acceptable virtual image viewing product.
