Panosaurus after sales

Only last month there was a post praising Panosaurus on their after sales support. I can add to this. I bought a panosaurus about eignt or nine monts ago. I've now mislaid the base plate to the camera (put away safely---so safe I cannot find it). I enquired of Greg@Gregwired would it be very expensive to ship such a small item from America to the U.K. Came the reply, "give me your address, another base plate will be on its way, ----NO CHARGE." I cannot believe this, who said that business was all about money grubbing con men. Not in the Pano world. Mike Owen

Many pano makers are actually as such. They really do care about people who has bought their equipment and the after sales such as customers who have misplaced or lost some parts of the pano setup. Replacing them for free with free shipping and all.

It's great to know Greg is so willing to help!
