Hi, I'm having a little difficulty with doing batch render queue's in Realviz Stitcher 5.5.4 (latest patch before version 5.6). I'm stitching fisheye images, from my Canon 15mm fisheye lens on a Canon 5D. I'm selecting full frame fisheye for my image distortion correction and my panorama's stitch perfectly. I've been following the render queue technique that I was using when I was batch rendering my multi-row panorama's, i.e. once stitched, set my render preferences - e.g. 100%, morph, maximum, lanczos5, then click 'close'. Then save the project. Then, when I loaded the projects into the render queue, it carried them out one after the other. However, with my current fisheye panorama's, after loading them into the render queue, it carries out the first panorama but after rendering it, it comes up with the following error with quicktime: 'error during file save, make sure that quicktime player isn't open(0).' Has anyone else experienced this problem?.......or can anyone see where i'm going wrong with my batch queue settings? Many Thanks,
Chris

I've been talking to a guy in tech at RealViz too. He told me (about v5.6) that it could be a file naming issue - I tend to make my file names too long or contain too much info - and also to trash the Preferences.
I haven't done it yet, but I'm going to trash my prefs, then reset my saved Render settings, put several saved Projects - ready to render - in a simplified folder path, with short names (pano1 ,pano2, etc) and try a batch again.
If this does not work, I'll open the .rzs file and add /Volumes/ to the path name & try again.
I'll post my results when I do this. Probalby this weekend.

snookphotograph I don't know if you are on a Mac or a PC. If you are on a PC open your task manager and close all the Quicktime programs that may be running in the background. Then run project. I had a similar problem on a early version of the Realviz.

Hi Mark
On a mac, i still have the problem eeven when all the applications were shut, and realviz is the only one open. Pretty annoying. I shut everything down and its just realviz, so i'm affraid its not as simple as closing down quicktime apps.
