QTVR.mov - to - QT.mov

Hi,
Does anyone know of any software package that lets you export/convert a QTVR.mov file into a QT movie?
I have tried using screen capture software and recorded a rotating qtvr movie, but the result is always 'jerky'.
I have the standard quicktime package with quicktime player but not quicktime pro. Is there any way of downloading quicktime pro?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thnks

People have suggested in the past lqgraphics.com/software/phototomovieoverview.php but possibly only for apples if you want the qtvr import to work or Camtasia to record a rotating panorama but thats looks a bit pricy.
