Which panoramic tripod head is the most vibration-free?

Which panoramic tripod head is the most vibration-free? I am interested in doing static panoramas (perhaps two-row).
I would be using a Nikon D70 or perhaps a D2 (X or H or 200)
Thanks

Take a motorized one like the ROUNDSHOT VR-Drive or the KARLINE rodeon modular VR head and a wooden tripod from Berlebach / Germany!
Best regards

My understanding is that unless you're using a long lens with long exposure times (> 1/60 second), vibration will not noticeably degrade your pictures if your setup is reasonably sturdy.
I have both the Panosaurus and Nodal Ninja pano heads, plus a Manfrotto 3001PRO tripod. Neither my A200 mounted on the Panosaurus nor my D50 on the Nodal Ninja demonstrates any appreciable blurring under normal exposure settings, even with the A200's image stabilization turned off.
Mirror slap appears to be the biggest culprit when forced to shoot at prolonged shutter speeds with a dSLR, so use your camera's mirror lock-up feature, if it has one (the D70 doesn't) under such conditions. Or use a camera like the Maxxum 5D/7D with built-in image stabilization.
A remote shutter release helps, too.

just go to marcs site and take that good offer. it has been there since some weeks... be informed and take the opportunities. believe the experts. glennview can confirm the berlebachs to be the best for vibrationsfree.

I use the Manfrotto 303SPH. I took a three row pano, plus several up-shots. Around 86 images. All at dusk, all long exposters (2+ seconds). No vibration at all.
I have found the biggest causes of vibration to be 1) moving the camera using the shutter release (so I now use a remote) 2) The wind and 3) nearby traffic, especially trucks. But of course if I'm not doing a time exposure, these are no issue. Of course adding a zoom lens would magnify the problems, but nobody uses a zoom lens to make a equirectangular pano. I have used them to make a partial pano of distant objects (mountain range, etc.) and find myself taking several sets to play it safe.
I have an old Bogen tripod base, but just picked up a new Carbon Fiber tripod. It has a hook for adding a center weight / small sandbag. I'm sure this will help with vibration.

I think most any panorama head will do. Some will flex but that can be corrected. Things I would do is to use a cable release, mirror lockup and a sturdy tripod.
