D70 / 10.5 Black spots in image

I have a D70 and a 10.5 sometimes when i shoot there are black spots in the image, could someone tell me how to fix this or what is causing the problem.

If it is in the same location on each frame, then it MAY be dust on the filter block covering the sensor.

yes it is, where is that filter block, one thing i must say is that i never take the lens off the camera how does the dust get into it.

CCD sensors attract dust where as CMOS doesn't. Use a dust blower to clear your sensor in a dust free room.

...and if the blowing doesn't do the trick, it's probably best to send it off and have it professionally cleaned by a trained technician. The anti-aliasing filter is rather delicate and scratches easily.
You can check your cameras manual for more specifics on clearing the CCD.
