anyone have the nodal point numbers for this combo, thanks in advance

I believe the actual Nodal Point is about 4cm behind the gold ring. Using the gold however as your mark should work fine (at least it has for me).

The position of the entrance pupil (aka nodal point) varies very slightly, according to the number of shots taken to cover the 360 degrees. The relevant data can be found in the Pano Tools Wiki at:

I think that 4cm would be way off. Looking at my setup on a D100, it is close to the golg ring. There are many examples of working out the NP on this and other sites. I suggest setting it about the gold ring and having a glass of red when you shoot. Perhaps a nice Australian Coonawarra.

Have a look at Andrey's hand helds with this setup. They are better than mine when using a pano head and spending hours optimising the NP. But John is correct, it seems to change when shooting 6 or 8 shots for the horizon.
