I want to use a remote with a D100 (hasnt arrived yet)
and the 10.5mm. The ones on ebay say that i need the (MB-D100 Vertical Grip/Battery Holder), but I dont know if It will fit with any of the pan heads i want to buy. Are there any remotes i can use without the battery pack???

jenis has all kind of packs and higly interesting remote controls.
www.hkjenis.com
1.they have also lcd-lens-hoods
2.nikon d100. battery pack I and II(with vertical release(6xAA, 2x lithium)
3. only nikon f100:multifunction battery pack(incl. vertical shooting)
4. cable release.maybe not d100
pls ask them if available for d100 also. i cant see in prospectus of 2004.they were at photokina.
