Contracts/agreements?

The topic of release forms was just brought up but I wondered if anyone had any thoughts on contracts/agreements or where some sort of standard adaptable contract could be found, something between the 'vr photographer/company' and the 'client' that would be signed before any commission was shot.

Any input on what must be included in this topic would be much appreciated.

I found a lengthy contract between a Realtor and Virtual Tour company here:
contracts.onecle.com/ipix/prudential.svc.1999.06....

Maybe that'll help.
