Absolute MK2 + 10.5mm

Equipment: I have the Absolute head with a Nikon D600 (full frame) and 10.5mm lens (shaved, shooting in full frame mode).
Question: I'm trying to figure out the best way to take a 360x180 pano. 3+1+1 doesn't give me enough overlap with the 3 around. I can do 4+1+1 but would like to get rid of my zenith shot.
If I do 4+1, the 4 around tilted up at 10 degrees can I eliminate my zenith shot? Can anyone give me suggestions from experience whether it is better to use 10 or 15 degree angles to eliminate my zenith shot?

Is the camera arm you have specific for the D600 with a Nikkor 10.5mm fisheye?

If so a simple experiment should answer your question.

shooting 4 around @ 0° works fine with shaved nikkor 10.5mm on D800 and will give you a full 360x180, like here -
www.samrohn.com/360-panorama/lower-manhattan-blac...
this was on a nodal ninja R1 & RD4 rotator, should be similar results with D600 or other full frame nikon
no separate nadir shots here, i cloned out the tripod by hand
